The main reason that I chose to do my internship at ELGi Equipments was the huge opportunity that it provided me of working in an Indian MNC. I could see myself developing there. The financial world was something which I had always wanted to explore. And the profile this organization offered matched exactly with what I wanted.

What did I learn during my Internship at ELGi Equipments Ltd?

During my internship at ELGi Equipments Ltd, I was offered the role of a Financial analyst. The role focused a lot on my analytical skills. I believe that I am quite an expert in this area now. My work basically involved providing direction to organizations and people settling on venture choices. I had to evaluate the presentation of stocks, bonds and different kinds of investments.

I had to shift to Coimbatore for my Internship at ELGi Equipments Ltd. The experience was quite unique. The different languages, the people, the culture, the various traditions and the delicious cuisines certainly made it memorable.

The birthday celebrations within the department were the best part of my Internship at ELGi Equipments Ltd. It was really fun and I had a good many talks with all the officers including the CFO which provided me with great insights. I would love to work for the organization if given the opportunity. I like its vision which is to get better and be among the best globally.

Learning how the financial department works and how to make a budget were the main highlights of my stay. Analyzation of data was also a prime aspect of what I learned. An interesting outing that happened was the factory visit. This was a new experience for me. This is because it made me understand how systematically and planned works are made with quality. Overall, my Internship at ELGi Equipments Ltd was a wholesome experience. It definitely helped me gain an edge for my future endeavours.
