Tanay Salpekar (AM Material | GMR- RPG Group) stated that as a management trainee, he was directly given a project with the senior member of the company. It was a huge scale project and from there he was sure that his path to success has begun.

She also stated that RPG has “RPG Talent First” where in case of any vacancy, internal talent is given priority.

Maninder Singh (AM- Corporate Supply Chain) stated, something critical for the students is when a company ask about their preferences of roles in the work field. RPG also makes sure that their long-term career goals are met.
