Prince Augustin, EVP-Human Group Capital & Leadership Development, explains various student engagement initiatives Mahindra as a brand conducts. Mahindra organises Summer Internship Program every year to provide hands-on experience to the students and makes them aware of the work culture of Mahindra.
They often organise leadership talks to provide motivation to students and familiarise them with the corporate trends. They also engage in analysing the student behaviour, their needs and thought-process in relation to Mahindra as an employer brand.
