Archit feels that the management body take extra pains to put a new hire with the right group so that the candidate gets to learn and grow. They also push you to come out of your comfort zone with hands-on-experience in new things which makes an employee confident.

Pooja feels elated to share her experience. She thinks that at Reliance everyone is very supportive and she appreciates her manager for guiding her in every possible way. The whole staff is very warm which makes the work environment very comfortable.

Prachi thinks the same that whole staff at Reliance is extremely supportive me, they always guide, mentor her. She appreciates the buddy system at Reliance where seniors shadow the management trainees which makes learning comfortable.
