Rishabh Nagpal and Nazia Abidi stated that their strongest connect point in campuses is through their senior business leaders. These leaders interact one on one with students in campuses through their “Mentoring Program" as a part of Samsung E.D.G.E. and also through “Leadership Talks” that they organise throughout the year.

Apart from this, Samsung team also organise the Management Trainee Programs, Development Programs and Summer Internship Hiring. They always try to involve their National Heads to conduct these programs in an effective way.
