HUL - The Premier League 2018 aligned with my core values. I have always worked towards being a better leader and this was one competition where I could highlight my strengths. Since it was based on an application form, I made sure that I worked towards presenting myself with utmost authenticity. I was resolved to make a mark because I knew this competition was going to be “Game Changing”.
The competition was very well organized. The two-day workshop and the subsequent rounds were efficiently managed. I learnt a lot about leadership and positive career growth. The sessions were engaging, fun and enlightening. The competition pushed me to think and derive effective solutions.
The organizers were extremely nice, understanding, helpful, and kind. The entire experience was very smooth because of the proactive approach of the organizers. Their level of perfection and the pains to achieve it has inspired me to always put my best foot forward. I hope to stay in touch with them and receive more opportunities to learn.
The visit to Dharavi was an eye-opener. I learnt a lot about various management concepts just by taking that tour. It was very inspiring to see people make the most of their resources to build their lives. This competition was a complete package in terms of learnings and experiences and I couldn’t have asked for a better opportunity to learn and explore.
