IIFT Placements 2022: Highest Domestic CTC Stands At INR 46.5 LPA; Consulting Dominates

IIFT Delhi and Kolkata recently announced the 100% placement for the 2020-22 batch for its flagship MBA (IB) program. Here are the highlights of the final placement drive:

Key highlights of IIFT placements 2022

IIFT witnessed the participation of a total of 82 recruiters. The highest domestic and international CTC rolled out to the students of the MBA (IB) program stood at INR 46.6 LPA and INR 80 LPA, respectively. Talking of the average CTC, the top 25% of the 2020-2022 batch bagged an average salary of INR 34.3 LPA. Overall, the average CTC of the IIFT placements 2022 stood at INR 25.16 LPA.

Ranked as one of the top institutes for MBA, IIFT has never failed the industry with its bright talent. Speaking of which, Prof Manoj Pant, Vice-Chancellor said that once again the corporate sector has continued to show faith and confidence in their graduates by making coveted offers to them.

Sector-wise, consulting dominated the placement drive with 25% of the total offers, leaving behind the finance domain with 23% of the total offers.

Sales and Marketing grabbed 21% of the offers followed by 10% offers from General Management & Strategy. The booming domain of Product Management, IT/analytics, and Trade and Operations made 9%, 7%, and 5% offer, respectively.

Apart from continuing its strong relations with prominent recruiters, IIFT built new associations with reputed brands including CarDekho, Accenture Strategy, Dell Technologies, Asian Paints, State Street, Udaan, Emami, EY, AU Small Finance Bank, Deloitte, HCCB, Jio Platforms, NFIL, Nucleus Software, Mars, Narayana Health, Optum, RBL Bank, Searce, and Unacademy during this placement drive.
