BCG Becomes Top Recruiter At IIM Ahmedabad Summer Placement With Rolling Out 26 Offers

IIM Ahmedabad conducted its summer placements for 1st cluster of PGP class of 2023 on November 16, 2021. The firms participating in the summer placement comprised five cohorts: investment banking & markets, management consulting, niche consulting, cards and financial advisory and private equity, venture capital & asset management.

IIM Ahmedabad: Summer placement drive 2023

IIM Ahmedabad placement process is conducted through the ‘Cohort process’, wherein the sectors are invited in cohorts at regular intervals. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the placement process was conducted through the online mode.

Around 50 companies participated in the placement drive of IIM-A, offering job roles across multiple domains. 

Top recruiters at IIM Ahmedabad

As mentioned previously, around 50 companies participated in the IIMA summer placement drive. The firms participating in the summer placement comprised five cohorts: investment banking & markets, management consulting, niche consulting, cards and financial advisory and private equity, venture capital & asset management. 

BCG tops the lists by offering 26 placements. Kearny offered a total of 24 placements.

Other prominents recruiters include: 

Goldman Sachs topped the list in the Investment banking & Market cohort with 9 offers. 

Xander was the largest recruiter in the PE/VC cohort with four offers. American Express with 13 offers, rolled out the maximum number of offers in the cards and financial advisory cohort. 

The second and third stage of IIM-A placements will be conducted on March 5 and March 8, respectively.
