IIM Lucknow final placement 2021 concluded with the highest package of 56 LPA
IIM Lucknow, one of the premier institutions in India for MBA and one of the most sought-after, has concluded its campus placement for the batch of 2021. IIM Lucknow final placement 2021 was conducted virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, but still achieved a 100% placement record. The average CTC was up to 26 LPA as against 24.25 LPA in the previous year. The median CTC was recorded to be 23.5 LPA.
The process was conducted in two tiers: Higher Entry Placement Process (HEPP) and Final Placement Process (FPP). The former was for candidates with 12 or more than 12 months of work experience, while the latter was for other candidates.
Leading recruiters in the drive
IIM Lucknow final placement drive saw participation from some of the big names and other first-time offerers for roles in Consulting, Finance, General Management, IT & Analytics, and Sales & Marketing domains. The first-time offerers included Angel Broking, Bayer, HDFC Securities, Jana Bank, Morgan Stanley, Navi Technologies, Red Fort Capital, and Sabre Partners.
Some of the recruiters that participated in HEPP were Amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart, Jio Platforms, Byju’s, Deloitte, Everest group, PwC, PayU, RPG, PayTM, and Optum. Legacy recruiters such as Accenture, GEP Consulting, Mahindra & Mahindra, KPMG, State Street, Tata Administrative Services, The Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Asian Paints, American Express, Wells, MasterCard Advisors, Mckinsey & Company, Morgan Stanley, Nestle, and Kotak also participated in IIM Lucknow final placement 2021.
An abundance of international offers
There were a large number of international offers made by some of the leading recruiters in IIM Lucknow final placement drive 2021. The highest package of 56 LPA was also the highest international offer, while it was 51 LPA in the case of domestic offers. Some of the leading names in the pool of international offers were the African Industries Group, Dubai-based Landmark Group and Noon.
