IIT Roorkee MBA Placement Report 2023: 100% Placement, Highest CTC INR 27.94 LPA

Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee is among the foremost institutes of national importance in India. Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee recently concluded the final placement process for the MBA batch of 2023 and has yet again recorded 100% placements. A significant uptick in the overall placement figures was observed including the average and highest CTC, coupled with an increase in the number of Pre-Placement Offers. IIT Roorkee MBA Final Placement: Spotlight

Recruiters from a variety of sectors, including Analytics, Consulting, BFSI, FMCG/FMCD, ITES, Retail, Manufacturing, and Logistics participated in the process. The 50+ corporates comprised both new recruiters and several prominent legacy partners. This year there was also an increase in the variety of roles being offered with additional profiles in the domains of General Management, Marketing and Finance along with Operations, IT & Analytics.

The highest salary package offered stood at INR 27.94 LPA while the average CTC rose to INR 18.34 LPA. Last year the average CTC was INR 16.8 LPA.

Work experience important for pursuing MBA? With regard to DoMS MBA batch of 2023, 58% of students were freshers while 8% had more than 3 years of experience. The batch size was 66 out of which 64 students registered for the placements.
