TISS Mumbai recently concluded the summer placement season for the 2022-24 batch of India’s first Master’s program in Organisation Development, Change, and Leadership (ODCL). The TISS summer placement drive was an astounding success with a year-on-year increase of 40% in the mean stipend. The highest stipend clocked at INR 3.40 Lakh for 2 months.
