The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) as you must know is the national space agency of India. It is the primary agency for spaced-based applications, exploration, and related technology development. An integral part of the Department of Space (DOS), this entity has its headquarters in Bangalore. It is dream come true for many to work at ISRO, and if that’s true for you then this just might be your chance.
As per the ISRO recruitment 2023, dated 25th March 2023, ISRO is looking to fill multiple vacancies for the NRSC department. There are a total of 34 openings with educational requirements ranging from BE, BSc., and MSc., to B.Tech, and M.Tech in various sciences. Read ahead to know more!
ISRO Recruitment 2023: Details
The entity is looking for qualified individuals to fill various roles in NRSC for undergoing projects including:
- National Hydrology Project(NHP)
- Quantitative assessment of carbon and moisture fluxes over different agroecosystems (IGBP: NCP-SVF)
- Assessment of greenhouse gas emissions for agricultural soils (IGBP)
- Land-OceanAtmospheric GHG Interaction Experiments (LOAGIN-X)
- Coastal Carbon Dynamics (CCD)
- Carbon Cycle Modeling Simulation – National Carbon Project (CCMS-NCP)
- National Carbon Project of IGBP
- Urban Water body Information System (UWaIS)
- Aquifer Sustainable Management System (ASMS)
Those selected will be posted at:
- Either the - Earth Station, Shadnagar campus, Rangareddy District, Telangana State.
- Or, at NRSC, Balanagar, Hyderabad.

ISRO Recruitment 2023: Application & Selection Process
- The application mode is Online only.
- So visit the official portal and register yourself there.
- Fill out and submit the application form before the last date- 07.04.2023 (2359 hrs)
- A duly constituted Screening Committee will then review the applications.
- If a large number of applications are received for a post the committee might conduct a CBT.
- The candidates shortlisted by the screening committee will have to appear for an interview.
- The call letters for the interview to the short-listed candidates will then be sent via e-mail.
