1. Full Stack Engineer 

Location: Bengaluru | Gurugram

Responsibilities:

• Flexible methodologies to be employed to quickly provide consultants with the solutions they need. 
• Work collaboratively in tiny teams and iteratively through design and development to deliver fully functioning web-based and mobile applications.
• Core member of the team with responsibilities that range from driving the architecture design and technology decisions for developing the next generation products for various internal teams.
• Help join the latest open source technologies together with traditional Enterprise software products.
• Responsible for leading multiple development teams while delivering the best-in-class enterprise-grade software solutions across a breadth of different platforms and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in planning, designing and implementing of cloud-native applications and platforms
• Understanding and experience on deployment/debugging of cloud-based applications.
• Bachelor's degree; masters degree preferred.
• Extensive experience with open-source technology, software development and system engineering.
• Well acquainted with cutting edge front-end development frameworks like Javascript, Angular, Backbone and Javascript dialects like CoffeeScript, TypeScript CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation HTML5, CSS3 and front-end tools like Grunt, Gulp, Bower, YeomanProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.

2. Senior Analyst - Data Science

Location: Chennai | Gurugram

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for presenting results to client leadership and implementing recommendations with client team members.
• Be an expert on advanced statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms and advise on state-of-the-art quantitative modeling techniques in order to derive business insights and solve complex business problems.
• Work with client service teams globally and be a part of analytics-focused engagements across statistics, optimization and simulations, machine learning and Big Data.

Qualifications:

• More than 4 years of deep technical experience in handling huge datasets and applying advanced statistical and machine learning algorithms.
• Thorough conceptual clarity of concepts such as Bayesian inference, gradient descent, deep learning, supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing, mixed-effects models and structural equation modeling.
• University degree in engineering, applied mathematics, computer science, quantitative social sciences or related field with excellent academic record.
• Proficiency with at least two packages out of SAS, R and PythonHands-on experience of working with SQL, NoSQL databases.
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and work with senior management effectively.
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.

3. Cloud Architect 

Location: Bengaluru | Gurugram | Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Manage an in-house development team and work with product management, product design and project management. 
• Develop new products to take to the clients by leveraging cloud technologies. 
• Work on solving problems of complex scope through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment. 
• Member of a squad that has the technical capability to develop and implement various components of an application from end to end.
• Create and implement new and ongoing application needs to complete end to end setup of the product.
• Have a strong understanding of key agile engineering practices to guide teams and contribute to growing and improving engineering practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Java or Node JS or PythonExperience operating with Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience operating with box orchestration managers which includes Kubernetes
• Experience with TDD and DevOps practices and tooling.
• 2 + years of experience developing cloud-native applications preferably using any cloud platform and a good understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks Certification as AWS solutions architect, Azure solutions architect or GCP solutions architect.
• More than 8 years of deep tech experience with application development experience in contemporary backend and frontend language.
