McKinsey Graduate Assistant: Job role

As a Graduate Assistant, the selected candidates will handle and manage all administrative matters of and for the leadership of the firm, allowing them to focus on their main responsibility of driving the business. 

The candidates will be expected to schedule internal and external meetings as well as phone and video conferences for the individuals you support. Other responsibilities include: plan and manage complex itineraries and travel arrangements using one's best judgement to assess the possible impact on priorities as well as identify possible conflicts and risks for you to be able to adjust accordingly. 

McKinsey Graduate Assistant: Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1+ years of corporate experience in an administrative position ideally in a professional services environment.

1. Exceptional customer focus and willingness to go the extra-mile.
2. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
3. Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships in order to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative and trust based work environment.

5. Excellent verbal and written language skills in English with the ability to tailor messages for phone or email conversations. 
6. Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail. 
7. Ability to stay focused under pressure and manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines. 
8. Maturity to handle confidential and/or sensitive information. 
9. Open mindset and flexibility towards change and unforeseen circumstances.
