McKinsey & Company is hiring digital recruiting interns for its Sao Paulo office. The aspiring candidates must be currently pursuing a university degree in business, international affairs psychology, and similar areas with expected graduation until December 2024.

- In this role, you will support the recruiting team in the candidate data management process including maintaining accurate and updated application information in the recruiting software.
- You will ensure the quality of the process during all recruiting stages.
- You will assist in the candidate screening process.
- You will handle the logistics, prepare materials, book conference rooms, etc.
- You will help to arrange in person and/or virtual events, helping the team to recruit the best talent pool for McKinsey.
- You will convey interview rounds’ information to candidates, revert to general process inquiries and help recognize evaluators for the interview rounds.
