RCFL MT Recruitment 2023: Salary

Selected candidates for Management Trainee will undergo training for one year and will be offered a lump sum stipend of INR 30,000 per month. Free lodging facilities will be provided at the company's hostel. Management Trainees shall be entitled to a fixed allowance of INR 2500 per month towards boarding, lodging, and local traveling expenses.

After successful completion of one-year training, they will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the pay scale of INR 40,000- 1,40,000 per month.

RCFL MT Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

Candidates who successfully applied for the recruitment as per the eligibility criteria will be called for a computer-based online examination. It will be followed by an interview. The online examination and interview will be allotted weightage as follows:
