Morgan Stanley Internship: Detailed Eligibility 

• Succesfully completed the Company Secretarial course.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with technical capabilities are essential.
• Strong English communication (both written & spoken).
• Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Morgan Stanley Internship: Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in secretarial functions for various Morgan Stanley corporate group entities in India.
• Assist in ensuring that the standard of corporate governance stays high.
• Conduct regular meetings, carry out post & pre-meeting documentation, ensure necessary filing, monitor compliances, record-keeping, and provide relevant corporate secretarial support under various jurisdictions.
• Assist in maintaining statutory books (registers of members, directors, and secretaries for the group entities, etc.)
• Drafting minutes of meetings, resolutions, lodging required forms, and documenting annual returns with company registries for the group entities.
• Help in organizing and preparing specific agendas and papers for different meetings (board, committees & shareholders).
• Various Ad Hoc activities under the Companies Act, 2013, such as a merger, capital infusion, buy-back, conversion of shares, etc.
• Maintaining corporate records on platforms such as Blueprint & OneWorld.
• Assisting with legal entity data provision, operational risk mapping, and capabilities assessment exercises for Resolution and Recovery plan.
• Make recommendations for improving processes.
