My journey with Johnson & Johnson | Shrey Arora, Area Sales Manager

Shrey Arora is not your typical MBA graduate. He is the NMIMS pass out who grabbed the coveted internship at Johnson & Johnson and then converted it into a full-time offer. 6 years down the line, here he is, working as an Area Sales Manager at the organization, talking about his incredible experience at J&J. Shrey Arora bagged the summer internship at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, the medical arm of Johnson & Johnson, while he was pursuing his MBA at NMIMS Mumbai. And this was only the beginning of what turned out to be an experience of a lifetime. With a PPO from Johnson & Johnson in hand, Shrey joined the organization as a Management Trainee, right after he graduated. And since then, he has devoted 6 precious years of his life refining himself in the company. 

His career trajectory at J&J has taken him through it all. During his tenure, he has stepped in multiple roles, burning the midnight oil to reach where he is today - an Area Sales Manager at Johnson & Johnson. And this is not it!
