My Summer Internship At TAS: Where Innovation, Imagination And Ambition Meet-By Moinack Shaikh FMS Delhi

My internship at TAS was filled with so much fun and hope, and in the process, I learned how to shape my imagination into reality. The working atmosphere was very inspiring, a place where I was lucky enough to experience that intelligence without ambition is just a bird without wings. 

Pillars of TATA

Every corporation has its own pillars to rely on. By interning at TAS, I got a hold of what made TATA the big, powerful giant of a company that it is. The bedrock of TAS is trust, teamwork, and a desire to imagine and innovate. 

My TAS summer experience at Tata Steel truly gave me a holistic picture of the pillars that drive the House of Tata. The people-first approach and an innovation-driven pioneering mindset are the values I inculcated even via a digital internship experience. What I learned is that there is never a ‘right’ time to do something exceptional and that instilled in me a vigor to set new standards of imagination and ambition.

Accessible, barrier-free environment

The atmosphere during my internship at TAS was too accessible and inclusive. Approaching the team was never a hurdle for me because of the inclusivity that TATA is synonymous with.

My mentors created an open and inclusive environment, one that is built on trust and leadership. We have always shown our faith in the fact that our TAS family is completed only when everyone is included. 

As much as my internship at TAS was based on healthy workplace culture, I am doubly indebted to my mentors who bestowed upon me complete ownership of the project which led to a rich learning experience for me.
