NTA pushes back application deadlines for 2020 entrance exams
After receiving a number of requests from students and recognizing the hardships they have faced due to COVID-19, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last dates of submission of Online Application Forms for various entrance exams it will be conducting for 2020 session.

As per its latest notification, NTA says that the application deadlines for exams such as JNUEEE 2020, IGNOU OpenMAT 2020, ICAR AIEEA 2020, and AIAPGET 2020. An official notification released by the apex testing agency confirms the revised dates for these examinations. In the aforementioned notification, 6 key exams were listed, for which the application deadlines have been extended until 30th June 2020.

This recent extension in the application deadlines is the third time the testing agency is extending the last date to apply for the 2020 entrance exams. For now, no date has been provided for the release of admit cards for the exams. NTA has said that the admit cards will be released at a later date, via the respective official portals of the board. Any information regarding the recent notification can be found on the official NTA notification.

The agency further went on to advise students to only rely on official sources of information. Other sources might not be trustworthy and could mislead the candidate. Hence, the official website of NTA, nta.ac.in should be used for the latest updates.
