‘PARAKH’ yourself with these Quizzes | Quiz Club of IIT Patna

And the Quiz Club of IIT Patna has just a bit of everything bundled in a neat well-spaced out quiz series over the span of two weekends, to aid you out of your sluggish mood. To put your minds through rigorous training and a positive experience, it brings you another Quizzing event – PARAKH.

With 3 Open Quizzes and 4 quizzes for U25, there is something for everyone. In this fest, ask you all to do the ‘PARAKH’ of your wits and guessing skills with quizzes that explore the world of heritage and culture, fantasy, entertainment, sports and business. Tune in to participate in an exquisite experience of knowledge, in a series of amazing events under our banner.

1. Moneyball

The first quiz in the series, ‘Moneyball’, will test your knowledge about the on-screen and back-stage supporters of your favourite sports stars.

2. विविध भारत

The second quiz will take you on a tour across the eternal snow of the Himalayas, the peninsula far South, the desert in the West, and the humid deltas of the East as ‘Vividh Bharat’ explores the splendor of this very wide and diverse country.

3. Coincidence? I think not!

The next quiz on the list will require you to get your Detective Pikachu caps on, as we unveil the myths, unravel the mysteries and decode the conspiracies with ‘Coincidence I think not.’

4. Not so L.A.M.E Quiz

Then there is a 'Not so LAME quiz' to take you down the memory lane and relish those music, literature, entertainment, and art forms that we have enjoyed since our childhood.

5. Once Upon a Time...

Next up is something to help you relive those bedtime stories that we heard from our elders, the tales we read in books, and the stories we shared around a bonfire. How much do you know about the folklores that have, 'Once Upon a Time', captured our imaginations?  

6. Trials by Trivia

Suffering from covid blues? So, there is another quiz, to help you boost your general knowledge, upgrade your geography facts, and get the skills to run your very own epic pub quiz (we gotta do something!). Hence, there is the court of Trivia, in the general quiz, 'Trials by Trivia'.

7. ELEMENTary my dear quizzers

Remember those mnemonics and tricks that aided us to mug up the various elements of the periodic table? So let us test how well you remember those with the last quiz of the fest ‘Elementary my dear quizzers’.
