For this phase of the placement season 2020-21 at SSCBS, a program called Project Prep-for-Success under the CARE Program provided an interface between the recent graduates and the final year students for professional guidance. Co-Prep is another initiative under which resources pertaining to interviews are shared and placement preparation sessions are conducted with the batch. Hence, CDC took the initiative of preparing a Comprehensive Information Document for the students sitting for placements by collecting data from the students who already appeared in the processes last year. These programs are initiated and expanded to impart relevant resources and assistance to the students for placements and internships.

Career Development Centre (CDC), the Placement Cell of SSCBS aims at connecting the students of the college with the best possible opportunities by providing them with a thriving platform and early corporate exposure.

Like every year, CDC also conducted resume authentication programs to constantly keep a check on the information included in resumes to make sure that only authentic details go through to the companies. With many ambitious projects, initiatives and extensive training and development sessions, CDC works towards adding values to its students and raising the college stature via placements and internships.
