SAI Recruitment 2023: Build A Career In Sports Science, Salary INR 60k PM!

Calling all enthusiasts who wish to make a strong career in the Sports & Exercise Science field! Sports Authority of India (SAI) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Performance Analysts (Strength & Conditioning Experts) for its 23 National Centers of Excellence across India. 

SAI is an autonomous organization under the administrative control of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, headquartered in New Delhi. Its National Centers of Excellence are meant for the training of young and elite athletes in various disciplines. Below are the details of the Performance Analysts position being offered by SAI. 

SAI Recruitment 2023: Performance Analysts Eligibility Details

The employment for Performance Analysts (Strength & Conditioning Experts) is initially for a year, extendable to a maximum of 8 years on the basis of performance. The following are the eligibility criteria.

Essential Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science /Sports Science/ Sports Coaching & Exercise Science / Physical education/ Diploma in sports coaching or equivalent from any recognized University/ Institution with S&C certification/specialization. 

Desirable Qualification

Master’s or higher Degree in a relevant field from any recognized University/ Institution.

Desirable Experience

1-year experience in the field of sports science/ medicine. 

The consolidated monthly remuneration for the position would be INR 60,000 with an annual increment of up to 10% based on performance assessment.

Selection Criteria for SAI Recruitment 2023

The selection process of the eligible candidates will be through an interview process. Online applications are invited from candidates. SAI may adopt shortlisting criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for the interview. This would include marks for additional qualifications or work experience.
