Age Criteria for SIDBI Recruitment 2025
To be eligible for the SIDBI Recruitment 2025, applicants must meet the following age requirements, with the cut-off date for age calculation being July 14, 2025:
For Grade 'A' (Assistant Manager)
- Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years old.
- This means applicants should have been born not earlier than July 14, 1995, and not later than July 15, 2004 (both dates inclusive).
For Grade 'B' (Manager)
- Candidates must be between 25 and 33 years old.
- This implies applicants should have been born not earlier than July 14, 1992, and not later than July 15, 2000 (both dates inclusive).

Salary of SIDBI Grade A & B Officers
SIDBI Grade A & B officer salaries vary by posting location. The annual CTC for Grade 'A' officers ranges from INR 19 LPA to INR 21 LPA, and for Grade 'B' officers, it's INR 23.5 LPA to INR 26 LPA.

- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: INR 175/- (Intimation Charges Only)
- OBC/EWS/General Candidates: INR 1100/- (comprising INR 925/- Application Fee + INR 175/- Intimation Charges)
Selection Procedure for SIDBI Recruitment 2025
The selection process involves three phases:
- Phase I (Online Screening Exam): A 200-mark paper with seven sections. Candidates meeting the cut-off proceed to Phase II.
- Phase II (Online Examination): Two papers totaling 200 marks. Successful candidates move to the interview stage.
- Phase III (Interview): A 100-mark interview, which includes points for notable achievements (e.g., district/state/national awards, service recognition) with supporting documentation.
After Phase II, shortlisted candidates will undergo an online Psychometric Test to assess personality, communication skills, problem-solving, efficiency, and suitability for the role, and willingness to work anywhere in India. The results of this test may be shared with the interview panel.
Final selection and ranking for Grade 'A' (General Stream) and Grade 'B' (General & Specialist Stream) positions will be based on combined performance in the Phase II Examination and the Interview.
