Why TCS?

TCS is hiring management graduates across India to join their workforce in the FY 2022-23. Candidates from the permitted specializations and batches 2020, 2021 and 2022 are eligible to participate in this massive drive. The last date to apply is 9th November 2021.

TCS MBA Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the TCS MBA hiring, you would need to fulfil certain criteria as given on the official website.

Age	18-28 years(Both inclusive)
Course	2 Years Full-Time MBA/MMS/ PGDBA/PGDM/ Course - Marketing / Finance / Operations / Supply Chain Management / Information Technology / General Management / Business Analytics / Project Management
Batch	2020,2021 & 2022 passouts only
Work Experience	Any prior work experience will be considered based on its relevance to the job role/ profile
Backlogs	No at the time of appearing for the selection process
Education Gap	The overall academic gap should not exceed 2 years. It is mandatory for students to declare gaps in education, if any. If yes, students should provide valid reasons supported by Document proof
Schooling	Students should have completed regular/ full time schooling only
Percentage	Minimum 60% aggregate marks in each Xth, XIIth, Diploma(if applicable),Graduation and Post Graduation courses.
Extended Education	Students should not have any extended education in their highest qualification

TCS MBA Hiring Test Details

Once you register, you have to appear for TCS hiring test conducted for shortlisting the candidates. The test generally tests your command over the English language, mathematical skills and business acumen. The test is of 90 minutes having 47 questions spread across three sections namely Verbal Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude and Business Aptitude (20 Questions).

How to apply for TCS MBA Hiring?

To apply for TCS MBA hiring, you can follow the below steps:

Step 1. Log in to the official TCS Next Step Portal.
Step 2. Register and apply for the TCS MBA Hiring.

You would have registered before or would be applying through the TCS portal for the first time. So, there are two cases. Refer to the case relevant to you.

Case A. If you have already registered, then you can login and proceed to complete the application form. Upon completion and submission of the form, click on ‘Apply For Drive’

Case B. If you are a first-time user, then click on Register Now, choose the category as ‘IT’ and proceed to fill your details. Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’

Step 3. Now, you can select your mode of test as Remote and apply using the ‘Apply’ button.
Step 4. To verify your status, check the ‘Track Your Application’ section. The status for successful completion of the process should be ‘Applied for Drive’.
