Key differences
Where in 2017, SNAP changed its mode of conducting the examination from offline to online, in 2018, it introduced special questions in the exam paper. This year too, it has incorporated a few changes which are listed below.
- The number of questions have been reduced to 115 from 130.
- The sectional division of questions will be as follows:
- English: 30
- QA and DI: 35
- Reasoning: 30
- Current Affairs: 20
- The number of special questions have been reduced to 5, the count of which was 20 last year i.e., 2018.
- For normal questions, the candidates will score +1 for each correct answer in Current Affair and Quant sections. Whereas, they’ll score +1.5 for each correct answer in the sections of English and Reasoning.
- The number of cities in which SNAP 2019 will be conducted has been reduced to 90 from 92.
