SRCC Placement Report 2023: First Phase Highest Package At INR 35 LPA!

Ranked as the top college of commerce by numerous prestigious media houses, Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) is a perfect blend of academic excellence offering a vast multitude of opportunities to its students. Recently, the college concluded the first phase (September 2022 to December 2022) of the Recruitment Season 2022-23 which saw a colossal 22% growth in the average package from the previous phase.

The Placement Cell of the Shri Ram College of Commerce has worked tirelessly to match the repute and eminence that the college is renowned for. Recording an all-time high package of INR 35 LPA, the Placement Cell is elated to mark the triumphant conclusion to the first phase of the 2022-23 Placement Season.

SRCC Placement 2023: Highlights

The first phase of the SRCC Placement Drive 2023 saw distinguished recruiters from over ten industries, including Consulting, Finance, FMCG, Marketing, etc. 

From consulting giants such as McKinsey & Company, BCG, and Bain & Co., to new-age start-ups such as Meesho and Paytm- the Recruitment Season saw a multitude of corporations grace SRCC’s prestigious campus. 

While the highest package stood at INR 35 LPA, the average and median package was INR 13.2 LPA and INR 14 LPA respectively. 

The vast number of societies at SRCC have equipped SRCC students with a plethora of skills, helping them achieve professional growth and development. The skill-based approach to training students undertaken by the Cell includes the introduction of clubs for entrepreneurship, finance, consulting, and higher education. The SRCC Placement Cell also organized 60+ speaker sessions, 7 mentorship programs, and 185+ small group sessions. 

Sharing her insights on the Recruitment Season 2022-23, Manvi Shangari, the Chief Secretary of the Placement Cell said, “The Recruitment Season 2022-23 has been an overwhelming success and we are grateful to our esteemed recruiters for exhibiting faith in the students of SRCC. The SRCC Recruitment Season 2022-23 is off to a promising start recording 220+ offers. Hoping the subsequent phases continue to get sustained support from the recruiters, setting the bar higher.
