TAS Invictas National Winner Ashu Airan’s Story
To be honest, we didn't prepare much for the competition. We worked for approximately an hour for every round. The most challenging phase for us was to be able to predict the business scenario in the next period. We discussed our ideas and finally reached a solution that would cover all aspects of the given problem.
Working with a team teaches you a lot and it was the same for me. All of us were working to learn something new and to have some fun at the same time. Our team’s forte was sticking to the basics and changing our strategy in the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment. Working in a team was an enriching experience for me.
Total 8 teams were a part of the Finale. According to me, everyone was an equally tough competitor. TAS Invictas was well organized and efficiently framed, giving an opportunity to the participants to learn and grow. It was a wonderful and enriching experience. My expectations for a good environment were perfectly met and I am grateful to have won this competition.
