The Premier League by HUL ‘17

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) one of the top players in the FMCG market with its rich history and one of the most sought employer. It has been a pioneer in conducting many student engagement programs, however, the Premier League by HUL stands out of the crowd as it is not only about talent acquisition but also it focuses on instilling ideals in students to create talented leaders for the future.

The Premier League 2017 was open to all 2nd-year students from all functions enrolled in a 2 year MBA program from top-notch campuses- IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, XLRI Jamshedpur, FMS Delhi, JBIMS Mumbai, SPJIMR Mumbai and other premier B-schools.

The Premier League 2017 was launched on 24th October and the deadline for registrations ended on 27th October.

The Premier League 2017 had two levels or stages to it. In the first stage, HUL looked for leaders from the various campuses respectively. Contenders from individual campuses competed against each other to get at the top. View the details of the competition here.

The Top Campus Leader is invited in the second stage to the HUL Headquarters in Mumbai to compete against the top leaders of 35 other B Schools across the country. Participants got an opportunity to Interact with the senior leadership of HUL, attend an Experiential workshop to hone their leadership skills and connect informally with Brand Managers.

Winners got a chance to work with Sanjiv Mehta, CEO & MD of HUL for one week at HUL Head Office. Moreover, winners also received PPI for Unilever Future Leaders’ Program.
