The startup-like dynamic, and fast-paced culture I witnessed during my internship with TAS -By Deeksha Reddy from IIM Lucknow

I started my internship with TAS under the financial services vertical back in April of this year. After completing two months of my internship, I understood why TAS was featured as the “Most Preferred Recruiter” within the elite B-School circle in the country. 

TAS has a history of grooming leaders for more than 60 years across its body of over 100 companies, in India and abroad. Because of the legacy, it has established for itself, it has emerged as one of the highest demand career paths for many MBA candidates, looking to venture into an early entry executive position.

Two-months of continuous learning

On the first call I had with my project reviewer and guide, I was promised a two-month internship with TAS filled with opportunities to continuously learn and grow from the people I was surrounded by. And I received exactly what I was promised and more!

My internship with TAS was comparable to a startup-like dynamic, fast-paced, and thriving culture, along with readily available guidance from multiple sources. The environment the company has created for its employees is what made this internship different from the others. 

Concluding the project with industry knowledge

By the end of my internship with TAS in June of this year, I can safely say that I have acquired valuable industry knowledge and know-how. After the two-month program culminates, many of the recruits are provided with offers to be positioned in top management roles in the various companies within the group. I was one of the lucky few who received a pre-placement offer from TAS.

My internship with TAS was ultimately successful in helping me transform from a student to professional life, gearing me up for my future ventures. I am grateful for my time at TAS, and encourage others to also seek such enriching opportunities.
