Tanay Salpekar (AM Material | GMR- RPG Group) shares, his journey from being a mechanical engineer to get into a role dealing supply chain was more of a natural progression. He was offered summer internship while studying at NITIE. He liked working with RPG as an intern and later got absorbed by the company.

While studying at MDI Gurgaon Surya Soman Pillai (Manager- Group HR) was offered summer internship by RPG. While interning for HR function she was assigned a mentor. Her efforts were well appreciated and she was given a PPO to join the company. She had been into multiple roles and each brought her new learning.

Maninder Singh (AM- Corporate Supply Chain) had been working for TATA Motors in operations before pursuing his MBA. While pursuing he interned with RPG, later on, he joined the company to manage supply and chain function. He had always wanted to work in this division and so far it has been a smooth journey for him.
