Anshika Sinha, TAS Manager, starts with her day at 9:30 by taking calls from the sales team followed by mobilising workforce of older and experienced members across the country which makes it interesting for her. She then meets with her team to discuss business updates, escalations and strategies to deal with the issues. She feels that the work culture of TATA is like being in a start-up although there are series aspects like closing deals, meeting customers, however, it's both hectic and full of fun.
