I don't plan my trip around the busiest time and each of the members also follows the suit. We try to make strategies for every month to achieve a work-life balance and this will surely push us forward in our career life.

Change in circumstances can disrupt your calendar and you need to be prepared for that. In such cases, you need to revisit your strategy and prioritize your work accordingly. One should be clear about recognizing what are the most essential things in the agenda versus the errands with medium to less need.

Set the Tone Right


Individuals will treat you the manner in which you might want to treat them. One approach to accomplish this is to treat everybody similarly regardless of the work they are performing. Try not to set your principles too high and implausible that it will be unwieldy to accomplish, which can produce dissatisfaction.
