Airtel iCreate is an opportunity to show your talent and come up with unique never-thought-before ideas. It is a B-School challenge that is open to a select list of B-School students across the country including various IIMs, ISB, TISS, XLRI, among others.

Teams of 2 come from each institute and work on real-life cases to come up with innovative solutions and approaches. Airtel iCreate is part of the new innovative method through which corporate giants are recruiting fresh talent. It promotes the spirit of entrepreneurship and makes participants think laterally when faced with a problem

The winning team of Airtel iCreate 2019 was Aman Deep and Ajitesh Dani from IIM Kashipur talk about the competition, Ajitesh recounts how the challenges at Airtel iCreate were drawn from the company’s real-time experiences. Their team was working on a case about a fictitious company called Alphatel.

They had to come up with a plan for the next 10 years, whether it should be a standalone company, or make partners. In a nutshell, they had their work cut out for them. The IIM Kashipur team was a wildcard entry, and they have proven why they were chosen directly for the finals!
