Wipro Limited, an Indian multinational corporation and one of the world’s leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company has invited applications from fresh graduates for its Elite National Talent Hunt 2.0 program.

Wipro Elite National Talent Hunt is a new programme aimed at attracting the greatest engineering talent throughout the country. The goal of this effort is to provide equal job opportunities to India's most worthy engineering talent. 

Wipro Elite National Talent Hunt Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidates must have obtained 60% or above in Class 10th,12th and Graduation.
  • Only full-time program students can apply. Students who have pursued part-time programs or distance learning programs are not eligible.
  • Only Graduates of 2020, 2021, and 2022 are eligible for the program
  • The candidate must have completed a B.E./B.Tech compulsorily
  • M.E/M.Tech and 5-year integrated courses students are also eligible
  • All engineering branches except fashion technology, textile, food technology, and agriculture are eligible

Additional Criteria

  • At the Assessment Stage, one Backlog is permitted
  • The offer is conditional on all backlogs being cleared
  • GAP in the education of up to three years (10th to graduation) is allowed, however, it must be from a full-time degree programme recognised by the Central/State Governments of India
  • At the time of the selection process, all arrears and backlogs must be cleared
  • Candidates who have taken part in any Wipro recruitment process in the last six months are ineligible for the program
  • The candidate must be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card
  • Citizens of Bhutan and Nepal must present their citizenship certificates

Roles and Responsibilities

The candidates will join as Project Engineer on successful selection through all the rounds.

Wipro Elite Salary and Perks

  • The candidates stand to receive a yearly package of INR 3.50 lacs per annum.
  • Flat Bonus post 6 months from joining – 25K (to be merged with comp after 12 months of bonus payout)
  • Regular yearly Increments on account of performance
  • Additional Merge Bonuses on 18th, 24th and 36th months from the date of Joining
