If you are a graduate from the 2023 or 2024 batches (PAN India), this could be your gateway to a stellar career as an Elite Project Engineer (specialization: Automotive and Embedded Software).

Eligibility Criteria | Wipro Off-Campus Drive 2025

Criteria	Details
Educational Qualification	- B.E./B.Tech graduates from branches including Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automotive Engineering, CSE, ECE, IT, and Cyber Security
Academic Performance	- 10th & 12th: 60% or above (Open/distance learning accepted for this level) - Graduation: 60% or CGPA equivalent to 6.0 or above
Additional Conditions	- Maximum 1 backlog (to be cleared by 8th semester) - Up to 3 years of education gap allowed before commencement of graduation (No gaps in Graduation) - Full-time degree courses from State/Center Govt. recognised institutions - Indian citizenship (PIO/OCI for applicants holding a passport of another country) - Proof of citizenship for Bhutan & Nepal Nationals - Candidates who appeared for previous assessments must have passed 3 months cool-off period - Candidates must be 18 years or older at the time of registration

Compensation Details

Details	Amount/Details
Annual CTC	₹3.5 lakh
Bonus	- ₹25,000 bonus after six months from joining (merged with 12-month bonus) - Bonuses at 18, 24, and 36 months.
Increments	Regular yearly increments based on performance.
Service Agreement	12 months agreement with ₹75,000 penalty for early termination (on a pro-rata basis).

Round 1: Online Assessment (128 minutes)
