Wipro WILP Hiring 2022: Check For Eligibility And Direct Application Link!

Indian IT multinational corporation has commenced the hiring for WILP (Work Integrated Learning Program) 2022. This program offers a unique opportunity for applicants to pursue an educational degree while working - sponsored by Wipro. Interested candidates are required to complete the registration process by May 25, 2022, and appear for the online assessment before June 30, 2022.

Wipro WILP Hiring 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Academic Requirements

• Applying candidate should have passed 10th and 12th standards.
• A minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA in university courses.
• The Year of passing must be 2021 or 2022.

Qualification

• Applicant must preferably be a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA).
• BSc streams eligible for the role are - Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics.

Other Criteria

• Core mathematics must be a subject during graduation while Business Math & Applied Math will not be considered core mathematics.
• A maximum of 3 years of a gap is allowed between 10th and graduation.
• No gaps are allowed in graduation and should be completed in 3 years.
• 10th, 12th, and graduate education must be regular full time and must be recognized by the Central/State Govt. of India.
• An applicant is allowed a maximum of 1 backlog till the interview stage.

Wipro WILP Hiring 2022- Stipend Details

Note: Merge bonuses will be provided for the first 3 years post completion of M.Tech degree. Post completion of the program, the designation will be Senior Project Engineer and compensation will start from INR 6,00,000 per annum based on performance.

Wipro Selection Process 2022

Candidates will be selected for Wipro WILP based on the following selection criteria:

• Online assessment (80 minutes)
• Aptitude Test - Verbal, analytical, quantitative (20 questions from each section/ 20 mins per section).
• Written communication test (20 minutes).
• If selected in the online assessment, candidates will be required to go through Business Discussion Round.
