Mergers and Acquisitions

• In 2015, Infosys acquired Noah Consulting LLC, a leading provider of advanced management consulting services for the oil and gas industry.
• The same year Skava, a leading provider of Digital Experience Solutions for the retail industry and also acquired Panaya Inc., a leading provider of automation technology for the large-scale enterprise software management.
• In 2012, the company acquired Loadstone Holding AG, a leading management consulting in Switzerland.

Awards and Recognitions

• the 2019 Microsoft Partner of the Year Award in the Global Alliance SI Partner classification was awarded to Infosys, participating against 2900 nominations from 115 nations. They were the first GSI to create and announce a dedicated Microsoft Business Unit which is now being replicated by other GSIs.
• Infosys tax team has been awarded the coveted "Asia’s best in-house tax team of the year" by Euromoney, International Tax Review, a leading publisher in the field of business and finance. The award announced in May 2019, celebrates the best and most innovative tax and transfer pricing work in an ever challenging, complex, and uncertain tax environment across the Asia-Pacific region. This is the third time in a row that Infosys has won an award from Euromoney.
• Two awards at the Asset Triple A Asian Awards 2019 edition in April were secured by Infosys. Recognized as a model example of what an organization should expect from its Treasury department, Infosys was adjudged ‘Treasury Team of the Year – India' under the category Industry Achievement and Leadership awards. For its “Multi-seller, multi-currency and multi obligor receivables purchase program”, Infosys got the “Best Supply Chain Solution – India” award in the TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom) category.
• Infosys was recognized for its “Best Cash management” in December 2018 at the “ET Now - Star of the Industry Awards 2018”, for excellence in working capital and cash management.
