Case Launch and Submission
Pick one of three exciting case study projects that match your interest, and crack the case. Your final submission will be a self-recorded 2-minute video where you explain the slides and take us through your solution.
Campus Finale
Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will have the chance to showcase their understanding of the problem, proposed solution, and approach in an interactive session with our leaders happening right on your campus. From there, selected teams will move on to personal interviews, and the final chosen participant(s) will bag a summer internship offer with Britannia.
You’ll get 10 minutes to present your case, followed by a 10-minute personal interview with our panel.

Grand Finale
During the Grand Finale, the shortlisted teams will be flown to our Executive Office in Bangalore, where you’ll have the chance to present your final 5-slide submission to the Britannia Leadership team. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your ideas and make your mark.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to the 1st Year students pursuing full-time 2-year MBA/PGDM courses (batch of 2025-27).
- Participants must register in a team of two
Eligible Campuses:
- Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, New Delhi
- Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore
- Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode
- Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon
- MICA, Ahmedabad
- Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai
- Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM), IIT Bombay
Team Formation Guidelines:
- All team members should be from the same college/university.
- All the team members are required to verify and confirm their details to form a team.
- There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute.
- Modification of the team post registration will not be allowed.
- All 2 team members must be present during the final presentation; otherwise, their entry will be disqualified.
Competition Stages:
Round 1: Case Launch and Submission:
Teams need to pick one of three exciting case study projects that match their interest and submit their solution. The final submission will be in the form of a 2-minute self-recorded video explaining the slides (max. 3 slides) and walking through the solution.
- Submission Format: Video (max 2 minutes)
- File Size: maximum 20 MB
Round 2: Campus Finale:
Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will present a 5-slide deck showcasing their understanding of the problem, proposed solution, and approach in an interactive session with our leaders happening right on your campus. After the presentation, selected teams will proceed to personal interviews with the panel. The final chosen participant(s) will receive a Summer Internship Offer.
- Slide Limit: up to 5 slides
- Presentation Time: 10 minutes per team
- Mode: In-person presentation on your campus (campus round)
- Personal Interview: 10 minutes with the panel
Round 3: Grand Finale:
The shortlisted teams will be flown to the Britannia Executive Office in Bangalore to present their final 5-slide submission to the Britannia Leadership team. This will be a unique opportunity to showcase their solutions and make their mark at the highest level.

- Mode: In-person presentation (Grand Finale, Bangalore)
