The competition was originally conceptualized as a startup initiative and was intended to provide a platform for students and aspiring entrepreneurs to showcase their creative thinking, strategic planning, and marketing skills in the context of a real-world business challenge. However, while registering and promoting the event, an institutional email ID linked to the Indian Institute of Technology Indore (IIT Indore) was used. This was solely for communication and administrative convenience and should not be interpreted as the competition being associated with or officially endorsed by IIT Indore in any way.

We would like to explicitly clarify that this competition is not affiliated with IIT Indore. The inclusion of the institute’s name may have led to confusion and we take full responsibility for any misunderstanding that arose as a result. The use of the institutional email ID was never intended to mislead anyone or falsely imply institutional backing. It was an oversight on our part, and we deeply regret any reputational or practical implications this may have caused.

The competition was initiated purely as part of a private entrepreneurial effort tied to a startup and was meant to run independently of any academic or institutional framework. Unfortunately, as we began to scale up communications and outreach, various technical problems arose that affected both the registration and submission platforms, internal coordination systems, and other backend functions. These issues made it impossible to ensure a smooth and fair experience for participants, and rather than deliver a substandard event, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the competition altogether.
