EnVision 2024: Stages and Timelines
Stage 1: Online Branding and Marketing Quiz (June)
Participants will engage in a challenging online quiz designed to test their in-depth knowledge of branding and marketing.
The quiz will feature a mix of theoretical as well as real life application problems.
Stage 2: Online Case Competition (June)
It will be an online pitch deck document and grading is done on strategy, execution planning and proof of work for both.
- Develop a comprehensive branding strategy for the given product/service.
- Address key aspects such as market positioning, target audience selection, and brand messaging.
- Propose innovative ways to differentiate the product/service in a competitive market.
Stage 3: Branding Strategies for E-Cell IIT Roorkee (June)
- In the final round, participants will focus on developing long-term branding strategies for E-Cell IIT Roorkee.
- The goal is to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement through both online and offline channels.
- The participants will be given limited access to E-Cell IIT Roorkee handles.
- The judge panel consists of Team E-Cell.
- The stage is divided into two parts:
- Presenting strategy and execution planning in offline channels to improve visibility and connections to local colleges spanning within 200 km radius. (50%)
- Presenting branding strategy and execution results in online channels to increase audience. (50%)

About EnVision 2024:
- All college students are eligible.
- The competition consists of 3 stages.
- The event is completely online.
- No restriction on inter-college teams.
- The maximum number of team members permissible is 3.
- The event dates are from 6th December - 20th December
- Prizes include flight tickets to Singapore/London/Amsterdam, free tickets to E-Summit IIT
- Roorkee 2025, and E-Cell IIT Roorkee merchandise.
- Prizes distributed are worth 1 Lakh INR.

About Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee
- The University of Roorkee, now IIT Roorkee, was established as the Thomason College of Engineering in the year 1847, and was converted to the First Technical University of India in the year 1949.
- On September 21, 2001, an Ordinance issued by the Government of India declared it as the nation's 7th Indian Institute of Technology.
- IIT Roorkee is situated at the foothill of Himalayas, in Hardwar district, within the state of Uttarakhand.
- The Institute has 2 campuses. The main campus is at Roorkee, Uttarakhand and the other one is 50 km away at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The campus at Roorkee is spread over 356 acres of landscaped lush greenery while the campus at Saharanpur spans over 25 acres.
