Event Description:
Coding + Algorithms + Robots = Game of Droids
Race your thoughts to travel outside the box, one scenario to the other, and keep challenging yourself against time. Game of Droids presents an opportunity to analyze yourself akin to the arduous environments interview questions place you to, but with a script, you'd enjoy!
A technical event that is based on coding, aptitude, and logical reasoning with robots everywhere. The event will consist of two rounds, where the first round will be composed of both aptitude and coding questions. The second round will involve full-on coding questions. The aim of the event is to provide students an opportunity to learn and test out the skills required for internships and placements.

Rules:
- The event will span over two days (21 & 22 July 2021). The event is designed to aid students who are preparing for placements/internships. The event will test students on their skills for solving aptitude and coding questions.
- The general entry fee will be ₹50 per person and for students from CEG, there will be a 20% discount using the coupon code.
- The event consists of two rounds. Both rounds will be conducted on the Dare2Compete platform.
- The coding questions will be required to solve with either Python, C, C++.
- First-round will be composed of MCQ-type aptitude questions for 30 minutes and 2 coding questions for 60 minutes. The total duration of Round 1 is 90 minutes. Round 1 will be split into 2 sub-rounds that have to be attended in the right order of aptitude first and then coding questions.
- Round 1 (A) (Aptitude) will go live first for 30 minutes and will be closed.
- Round 1 (B) (Coding) will go live after Round 1 (A) closes and the duration of this part will be 60 minutes.
- Participants shortlisted from Round 1 alone will be participating in Round 2.
- Round 2 will take place for 90 minutes with 3 coding questions.
- The shortlisting will be based purely on cumulative marks scores from the previous round.
- The scoring system considers correct output, the originality of the solution, and the time is taken.
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. The organizer’s decisions on the grading will be final.

- Round 1A - Starts at 5:00 PM (IST), login within the first 10 minutes
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Round 1B - Starts at 5:30 PM (IST), login within the first 15 minutes
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Round 1A - Starts at 5:00 PM (IST), login within the first 10 minutes

- Round 2 - Starts at 5:00 PM (IST), login within the first 15 minutes

- College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG) was established in May of 1974 as the 'School of Survey' near Fort St. George. The school was founded by Michael Topping.
