Quiz Round
The quiz will consist of 20 questions and will have a 30-minute time limit. The quiz window will be open on 18th April 2025. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers. This is an elimination round, and in case of a tie, the team with the least time taken for the quiz will be considered
Submission Round (via Unstop)
- Teams selected from the first round will tackle a real-life case and solve challenging problems.
- Teams must submit their analysis and solution in a maximum of 6 slider PPT/PDF formats (excluding front and end cover slides) within the stipulated time.
- Teams will be judged on their understanding of the case, approach, solutions to issues, feasibility, and depth of the solution designed.
Presentation Round
- The shortlisted teams will be asked to present their case study solutions to an esteemed panel of evaluators.
- The presentation can be held on Zoom, MS Teams, etc. (Further details will be communicated to the shortlisted teams)

Guidelines:
- The competition is open to all
- Team Size: 1-2 members per team
- There is no restriction on the number of teams from a college and organization
- The organizing committee's final decision will be binding in case of conflicts

Round 3 Instructions:
- Qualified teams from the second round will be invited to present their solutions to the real-life case to an esteemed jury of industry experts
- A live online presentation and Q&A session with the jury will be organized.
- Details of this round will be shared with the finalists.

About Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee
- The University of Roorkee, now IIT Roorkee, was established as the Thomason College of Engineering in the year 1847, and was converted to the First Technical University of India in the year 1949.
- On September 21, 2001, an Ordinance issued by the Government of India declared it as the nation's 7th Indian Institute of Technology.
- IIT Roorkee is situated at the foothill of Himalayas, in Hardwar district, within the state of Uttarakhand.
- The Institute has 2 campuses. The main campus is at Roorkee, Uttarakhand and the other one is 50 km away at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The campus at Roorkee is spread over 356 acres of landscaped lush greenery while the campus at Saharanpur spans over 25 acres.
