All that you need to know about INVICTAS
Invictas is an exciting, general management business simulation game introduced by TAS – Tata group’s flagship leadership programme.
It is an Innovative Multiplayer Simulation game organised in collaboration with TOPSIM Business Simulations. Invictas places participants in real-life contexts of running a company. It enables participants to act as managers, understand the interplay of different functions and take business decisions in Sales & Marketing, R&D, Production, Human Resources etc. Participants have to demonstrate their business acumen and leadership skills while competing with rival companies across financial years and changing market conditions.
Invictas is in congruence with the TAS philosophy to provide TAS Managers opportunities to work across different functions and businesses of the Tata group.
As a team, the participants are required to take up decision-making roles of their respective company and drive it towards success. While proceeding through different simulation rounds, the teams will have to plan, strategise and decide, taking into account several variables that influence the operating and business environment. The teams will have to out-think their competitors to win.
Eligibility Criteria: The competition is open to all 2nd-year students of the full-time MBA/PGDM programme from the below campuses:

- SPJIMR Mumbai

What makes Invictas unique? Invictas gives an opportunity to teams to play the initial simulation rounds virtually from their respective locations and subsequently allows them to experience an in-person based simulation round which is facilitator led, giving them the benefit of learning through team and facilitator discussions whilst playing their simulations.
Rules & Regulations:
- Team of 3 members only to register for the event. All members of the team must be from the same Institute and will have to be present for all rounds.
- Team members can be from across specialisations
- A student cannot be a part of more than one team
- Modification of teams post registration will not be allowed
- There is no restriction on the number of teams from an Institute
- Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team

- In-House- Dive into fantastic learning opportunities with over 100 companies across functions, industries, and geographies at TAS! A premier leadership program that aims at grooming Tata group employees, who have the vision to lead.
