If there are challenges thrown across then some interesting, innovative solutions are found. For without challenges the tendency is to go on the same way.

Tata Consumer Products Limited recently took on a new challenge, that is, to identify new potential entry strategies and portfolio construction of healthy snacking for itself. And it decided to partner with the young minds at B-School campuses across the nation to find innovative solutions for this critical and real-time challenge. This was the intention behind the FNB Challenge 2022- Flourish. Nourish. Build.
TCPL originally forayed into the world of B-School case study competitions in 2021 by launching the first chapter for the FNB Challenge which received 2600+ registrations and was a great success. With the intent to take things to the next level, this year the company decided to go bigger. It invited 19 institutions for the second edition and received a whopping 2800 registrations. The effort all the participants put into their ideas was commendable. Here’s having a look at the competition’s success story.
