All that you need to know about TRADE TYCOON

The stock market, equity market, or share market is the aggregation of buyers and sellers of stocks (also called shares) which represent ownership claims on businesses; these may include securities listed on a public stock exchange as well as stock that is only traded privately such as shares of private companies which are sold to investors through equity crowdfunding platforms. Investment is usually made with an investment strategy in mind. The movements of the prices in global regional or local markets are captured in price indices called stock market indices of which there are many e.g. the S&P the FTSE, the Euronext indices, and the NIFTY & SENSEX of India. Such indices are usually market capitalization weighted with the weights reflecting the contribution of the stock to the index. The constituents of the index are reviewed frequently to include/exclude stocks in order to reflect the changing business environment.

Trading refers to the short-term buying and selling of shares. Day trading, for example, involves squaring off positions within the same trading day. Investing on the contrary is buying and holding the shares over a longer term which can be for days, months, or years, before selling it. An Investment portfolio is a collection of assets owned by an investor. This portfolio can include investment securities such as bonds, stocks, mutual funds, pension plans, real estate, and even physical assets such as gold (coins or bars). Basically, this includes every asset that can grow in value or provide returns. An aggressive portfolio is ideal for someone with a high-risk tolerance and a lot of time to invest while a conservative portfolio is better for someone with low-risk tolerance and a short amount of time. A model portfolio doesn’t necessarily make it the right portfolio for you. Portfolio Charts explores practical worldwide index investing strategies using intuitive charts and real-world examples that look beyond the raw numbers. It is a labor of love by an individual investor just like you, and my mission is to provide tools and resources that empower everyday people to achieve their financial goals while enjoying the journey.
