This is the Third and Final briefing webinar being organised by Team Myntra, providing students with the opportunity to engage with Myntra's engineering leaders and clarify any questions they may have about bringing their ideas to life.

Phase 1: Ideation
Please register to access the Theme and you can work on any one or two of the use cases, but your idea must be cohesive. (The number of use cases should not exceed two). You need to submit your ideas as a presentation in PPT/ PPTX format and the deck should not exceed 6 slides.
Think out of the box to come up with an interesting solution. While doing so, please bear in mind that if your idea is shortlisted, you will be building a functional prototype of it in Phase 2.
Briefing Webinar and Q&A session - Implementation Phase
This is the fourth briefing webinar being organised by Team Myntra for the Implementation Phase, providing students with the opportunity to engage with Myntra's engineering leaders and clarify any questions they may have about bringing their ideas to life. Please click on "Enter" button once the session starts.
Note: The webinar has limited slots and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, don't worry if you miss it. The entire session will be recorded by the Myntra Leaders, and the recording will be uploaded to the competition page after the session.
Phase 2: Implementation
This is where your ideas come to life. You will be implementing a fully functional prototype of the solution you proposed in Phase 1 and making it demo ready.
Phase 3: Pre-Finale
Your team will be assigned a mentor from Myntra who will provide you valuable inputs to create a working model which you will present to our jury. The top shortlisted teams will then move to the Grand Finale.

Note: Myntra Team will take care of the Travel Expenses.
Phase 4: Grand-Finale
The final countdown ends! The top teams shortlisted from Phase 3 will present their model to the esteemed jury and winners will be declared.

As a part of this initiative, we are back with another season of HackerRamp: WeForShe this year. This is an opportunity for all women coders from engineering colleges across the country to create and innovate through technology. Are you ready for a journey that will give you an adrenaline rush by letting the "geek goddess" in you creatively solve for areas in fashion tech? Not just that, you will also have an opportunity to be mentored by some of the best tech minds in our engineering teams as you inch closer to the finale!

Competition Stages:
Here are a few milestones in your HackerRamp: WeForShe 2024 journey:
Phase 1: Ideation
Please register to access the Theme and you can work on one or two of the use cases, but your idea must be cohesive. (The number of use cases should not exceed two). Think out of the box to come up with an interesting solution. While doing so, please bear in mind that if your idea is shortlisted, you will be building a functional prototype of it in Phase 2.

Phase 1: Submission Guidelines
- You can propose the solution for any one of the use cases.
- Submit your ideas as a presentation in PPT/ PPTX format and the deck should not exceed 6 slides.
- The PPT/PPTX format template for the submission will be shared with you.
- File Naming Convention: InstituteName_TeamName.ppt/ pptx
Phase 2: Implementation
This is where your ideas come to life. You will be implementing a fully functional prototype of the solution you proposed in Phase 1 and making it demo-ready.
Phase 2: Submission Guidelines
- A short presentation outlining the solution (should not exceed 6 slides)
- A set of videos:
- Outlining overall solutions, flows, and broad technology components (2-3 minutes)
- Live demo of the final solution built. While we encourage you all to articulate the entire solution in a single clip, if that’s not possible, you may choose to split your demo into multiple smaller clips with a total duration not exceeding 2-3 minutes
- Links to code repositories, folks may use free offerings by GitHub or GitLab for this
- Each video should be in .mp4 format and the file size should not exceed 20 MB per video. (You can convert and compress your videos at https://www.ps2pdf.com/
compress-mp4) - File Naming Convention: InstituteName_TeamName
Phase 3: Pre-Finale
Your team will be assigned a mentor from Myntra who will provide you valuable inputs to create a working model which you will present to the jury. The top shortlisted teams will then move to the Grand Finale.
For the Pre-Finale phase, you are required to submit the following post to your mentor connect:
- A PowerPoint presentation (in PDF format) with a maximum of 6 slides. You may update the one submitted for the Implementation phase if required.
- A video outlining overall solutions, flows, and broad technology components (2-3 minutes).
- Code repositories via a GitHub Link.
Phase 4: Grand-Finale
The final countdown ends! The top teams shortlisted from Phase 3 will present final presentations to the esteemed jury and winners will be declared.
Eligibility and Team Formation Guidelines:
- HackerRamp: WeForShe is open to female students across engineering colleges in India, who are pursuing:
- B.Tech/ B.E. programs (full-time) and currently in 2nd/ 3rd/ 4th year.
- M.Tech program (full-time) and currently in 1st or 2nd year.
- Dual Degree program (full-time) and currently in 3rd/ 4th/ 5th year.
- Students currently in 1st year from B.Tech/ B.E. (full-time) are not eligible to participate.
- Students currently in 1st or 2nd year of Dual Degree programs (full-time) are not eligible to participate.
- Students must register in teams of 2 to 3 members.
- Students of a particular team can be from different batches and from different colleges.
- Cross-specialization teams from different colleges are eligible to participate.
- Cross-college teams are eligible to participate.
- One participant cannot be a member of more than one team.
- Modification of teams post-registration is not allowed.
- Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team.
Rewards and Prizes:
- The Winners will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 4,00,000/-
- 1st Runners-up will be awarded with a Myntra Voucher of INR 10,000/- (each participant)
- PPl opportunities: Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) opportunities for teams that make it to pre-finale.
- Digital Certificates of Merit will be provided to the Finalist teams.
- All teams making it to the Pre-finale stage will receive a participation certificate.

Key People
Nandita Sinha: Currently the chief executive officer (CEO) of Myntra, has over 18 years of experience. After completing her B. Tech from IIT Varanasi, she began her professional career with HUL, honed her sales and marketing skills at Britannia, co-founded a startup, joined Flipkart in August 2013, and ultimately became the CEO of Myntra in January 2022.

Raghu Krishnananda: He is the chief technology officer (CTO) of Myntra. He has MBA from Stern School of Business and has helmed R&D teams in the US and India at Samsung, Yahoo, Goldman Sachs and Citibank.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Myntra has launched and executed a number of initiatives as part of their corporate social responsibility. Some of their more recent, notable campaigns include:
- Behind the Mask: Working with Condé Nast and India's top designers, Myntra launched a series of personal protective masks to raise awareness about wearing masks as well as raise funds for the artisans. All profits from the sales of these masks to GiveIndia.
- Myntra Fashion Upgrade: In this campaign, the e-commerce platform partnered with delhi-based NGO GOONJ, to organize the largest collection and distribution drive of unused clothing, footwear and other items to those in need.
- The Myntra Extended Network through Store Activation (MENSA) initiative has provided additional income opportunities to more than 15000 Kirana store owners across 50 cities. Besides boosting Myntra’s last-mile delivery, the program has helped many men and women to earn a second income and provide a better life for their families.
- Myntra launched the brand Taavi, to help uplift traditional Indian textile crafts and as part of the initiative, Myntra connected with over 1300 local artisans from seven states either directly or through NGOs.
