Myntra is actively hiring for Marketplace Operations Apprenticeship!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Own the relationship with a select group of sellers as their relationship manager/contact.
- Learn about the FAQ of seller questions and answer the seller questions to ensure a speedy readiness to start onboarding.
- Understand the steps of onboarding and conduct multiple training sessions for sellers to help them understand the onboarding process
- Help with Seller queries and help initiate any service tickets that they have from time to time.
- Work with the Seller Accounts team to help resolve open tickets.
- Understand the process surrounding packaging, payments terms & frequency, accounts reconciliations and impart clarity to the sellers and understand the net settlement
- Learn the system driven ungating logic and apply to sellers which are going live.
- Help sellers understand the Seller Dashboard and their payment calculations
- Help sellers understand the Offers and opt-in
- Help sellers upload inventory on the seller portals and constantly check.
Qualifications & Eligibility:
- Communication skills: Speaking with clarity is very critical.
- Ability to use tools like Excel and also Google sheets
- Ability to speak effectively and share training decks with sellers.
- Graduates who have passed out between FY21-FY25.
- Must have all marksheets & degree certificates as applicable
- Should not have an existing or past PF account
- No prior work experience is required.
Compensation: The compensation will be provided as a monthly stipend (20,000 - TDS applicable), in line with NATS guidelines.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Myntra has launched and executed a number of initiatives as part of their corporate social responsibility. Some of their more recent, notable campaigns include:
- Behind the Mask: Working with Condé Nast and India's top designers, Myntra launched a series of personal protective masks to raise awareness about wearing masks as well as raise funds for the artisans. All profits from the sales of these masks to GiveIndia.
- Myntra Fashion Upgrade: In this campaign, the e-commerce platform partnered with delhi-based NGO GOONJ, to organize the largest collection and distribution drive of unused clothing, footwear and other items to those in need.
- The Myntra Extended Network through Store Activation (MENSA) initiative has provided additional income opportunities to more than 15000 Kirana store owners across 50 cities. Besides boosting Myntra’s last-mile delivery, the program has helped many men and women to earn a second income and provide a better life for their families.
- Myntra launched the brand Taavi, to help uplift traditional Indian textile crafts and as part of the initiative, Myntra connected with over 1300 local artisans from seven states either directly or through NGOs.
