• June 2019: Cognizant to acquire Zenith Technologies, a privately-held life sciences manufacturing technology services company headquartered in Cork, Ireland. Zenith Technologies has a specialty in implementing digital technologies and to manage, control and optimize drug and medical device production for maximum operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The acquisition will extend Cognizant's capabilities for designing as well as implementing and managing the end-to-end operational and also managing IT Systems for connected medical device manufacturers and biopharmaceutical.
