Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited is hiring for the role of Brand Management Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Tracking data and reporting - GTM Tracking, Monthly reporting formats (collating & maintaining tracker for Internal Sales, Nielsen, DT/Ecom offtake reports), Other data requests (for review decks, etc), Influencer campaign data reporting.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across functions including Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Planning, Sourcing, Design, Plant, Legal, Consumer Marketing & Retail Marketing teams to implement changes across Brand SKUs.
- Tracking timelines for multiple projects with respective stakeholders, raising flags, and leading corrective actions if needed.
- Holding & Leading Weekly cross-functional meetings to track timelines on projects and suggesting solutions if necessary to execute on time.
Requirements:
- Good written and oral communication skills, Fluent in English & Hindi. Marathi will be a good plus
- Marketing/Project Management background
- Good presentation skills (Google Slides / PPT)
- Fluency in English and good written and oral communication skills
- Good sense of aesthetics
- Previous experience in Marketing is preferred, Masters in Management or Bachelors in Management/related fields with 2-4 years experience
